Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group is responsible for creating and executing the firm’s strategy for commercial investment, acquisitions, leasing, development and marketing position in the Eastern Region. This includes optimizing the value of Lowe’s Eastern Region property portfolio and identifying and securing future business development opportunities. Burr’s previous experience includes being the principal asset management representative for a $5 billion CMBS commercial real estate portfolio consisting of over 33 million square feet and a project manager for an international development company. He also is currently managing predevelopment activities of Fort Totten Square, a proposed $150 million mixed-use development in Northeast Washington D.C. He most recently oversaw the development and operations of CityVista, a $245 million mixed-use development located in downtown Washington, D.C. and completed the acquisition of an office building in Wheaton, MD which will be redeveloped into a $45 million multifamily property. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foster House, a DC based non-profit affordable housing provider, African American Real Estate Professionals, the DC Building Industry Association and the Urban Land Institute where he serves on ULI Washington’s Steering Committee on Housing. While in charge of the firm’s investment program, he completed nearly $1 billion of transactions, acquiring core and value-added, office and retail properties in Northern and Southern California. He is a California licensed professional engineer and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as co-chairman of the sponsorship committee and board member of ULI’s San Francisco District Council. Previously, Ms. Fabian was a financial services analyst for Cushman & Wakefield and was director of acquisitions/business development for HealthSouth Corporation. Senior Vice President for Construction for Lowe Enterprises and the Real Estate Group responsible for construction oversight for the firm and the Real Estate Group. Mr. Howe’s responsibilities include overall performance of construction management practices, project performance and support, oversight of all physical and environmental due diligence activities, team development and leadership, management of consistent policies/procedures, and management of project level issues involving team capabilities, and risk management. He has extensive experience in new and renovated construction projects, having worked for a construction management company as well as several prominent general contractors. He has been involved with the management and construction of projects totaling over $250 million. Gordon has been an integral team member in Lowe’s acquisition of over $ 1 billion dollars in hotel and commercial real estate properties. He is a licensed California general contractor. Previously, Mr. McNerney was Project Manager for S. Systems Corporation where he was involved with Air Force communications programs.
